The challenge

Finding the right shot in changing conditions

Tempus was engaged to visually document crucial moments of the CT scanner installation. This involved planning around the hospital’s operational schedule to ensure minimal disruption. Unlike typical projects that might use long-term timelapse cameras, this project required an on the ground crew to capture the fast paced nature of the installation actively.

How we adapt

Initially, the location was scouted for a camera that would have provided a good vantage point, but due to challenges around permissions and tight timeframes, we were unable to install this additional camera view. Capturing clear footage through barriers such as thick glass involved overcoming significant reflection issues, showcasing our ability to handle technically demanding environments on the go.

  • We had to synchronise our shooting schedule with the installation phases, which required precise timing and coordination.

  • Adhered to rigorous safety standards, ensuring the team were properly inducted and equipped with necessary PPE, reflecting our commitment to safety and professionalism.
